FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Mark your calendars and let us know if you’ll be there by February 22nd!

Question

Can I bring a guest/plus-one?

Answer

We’re keeping our guest list intimate and are only able to accommodate spouses and those named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding! If a plus-one has been extended to you, it will be indicated on your RSVP card. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you honor the names listed on your invitation.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will have a cash bar available at the venue for guests to purchase their preferred drinks. Venue is NOT BYOB.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our celebration will take place both inside and outside. While comfort is important, we’d love for you to dress in your best! To give you a sense of the style: the bride will be in her wedding gown and the groom in a sport coat, button-up, slacks, and of course—a cowboy hat! We’d love everyone to look their best for our big day — think dressy western, not everyday casual (no T-shirts, please!).

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes early, as our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. To keep the moment distraction-free, the doors will be closed once the ceremony starts, and late arrivals will be welcomed in afterward. Dinner will be served right after we say ‘I do’!

Question

What’s the best way to contact you if I have more questions?

Answer

If you have any questions about your invitation or the wedding, please reach out to the bride at (432) 448-8563. If she’s unavailable, feel free to text the groom at (432) 385-6039—we’re happy to help!
