FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by April 3rd, 2026. Our venue has requested that we provide all RSVP’s and meal choices in advance, so we truly appreciate your prompt response!

Question

Can I RSVP online or Do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We encourage you to RSVP online.

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP?

Answer

If you don’t RSVP by April 3rd, 2026, you will unfortunately be marked as “Not Attending”. We would love to celebrate with you. However, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and will not accept late RSVP’s. (This also means you will not be allowed to show up on our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.) We hope that you understand.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes early to ensure you have a seat, as we will start on time. If you arrive late, we ask that you wait by the entrance until the ceremony concludes.

Question

What if we can’t make it?

Answer

We sincerely wish you could. However, you will be missed. If you cannot attend our special day, RSVP “Not Attending”. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending” but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify the wedding coordinator (Cristina Guzman: 939-218-1673) as soon as you are aware.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be adults-only. However, knowing that the following day will be (Sunday) Mother´s Day, we are planning a child-friendly zoo day so we can all enjoy a final farewell and celebrate the special women in our lives. We do encourage you to bring your little ones the following day after the wedding.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “Unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking that ALL phones and devices be put away and on silent/do not disturb during the ceremony. We want you to be fully present as we say “ I do”. We have hired amazing professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos/videos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, we will have parking and staff available the day of the event.

Question

Is there a Gift Registry?

Answer

If you wish to bless us with a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated. However, your love, laughter, and presence on our wedding day are the greatest gift of all.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will take place in a covered area. However, if the weather indicates rain, we will have a covered area for all events.
