Having a bunch of mutual friends, we had always heard about one another! December 2021, Cody finally asked one of our friends for my phone number and we started talking almost every day. Beginning of January 2022, Cody was driving through Fredericksburg after clipping steers in Harper all afternoon and asked me on a date to Mamacitas! Since then, we have been inseparable and are excited to live this life together!!

We had been working on getting our back porch fixed up for a couple weeks! New plants, new patio furniture and cushions, party lights...everything. Finally, on July 2nd late in the evening we had our dream back porch finished! We sat down, had a drink and were talking about how happy we were with what we had accomplished. Then, out of nowhere Cody got down on one knee and pulled a ring out of his cargo shorts....Easiest yes ever!!! We look forward to celebrating this next chapter of life with you! See you in New Braunfels!!
