Santo Domingo International Airport

This airport is the main airport in Santo Domingo and the closest one to the city (where the wedding ceremony/reception will be). A car ride from the airport to the center of the city is 40 minutes. Transportation cost varies but it is usually around US$60. Airport code is SDQ.

Punta Cana International Airport

If you want to spend time in Punta Cana before or after the wedding, this airport might be more convenient for you. A car ride from Punta Cana to Santo Domingo is 2 to 2.5 hours. Transportation cost varies but it is usually around US$130. Airport code is PUJ.

El Embajador, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

This is the hotel where we suggest you stay in the night of the wedding. It is not too far from both the ceremony and reception venues. If you wish to book, please contact Ingry Rivera at elembajador@royalhideaway.com or +1 (809) 762-9495. Make sure they know you are a guest in our wedding by providing our names and our wedding date. For our international guests staying at El Embajador, we will provide transportation from the hotel to the ceremony. Shuttle pick-up time and driver's contact information will be provided closer to the wedding day. After ceremony is done, the same driver will take you to the reception!

Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana

If you are an international guest looking for beach time after the wedding, feel free to join the bride and groom at this gorgeous all-inclusive resort. We will be staying here from Sunday 10/3 to Tuesday 10/5 but you can pick the dates that are more convenient for you and your travel plans. Please note that on the wedding day we recommend staying at El Embajador in Santo Domingo to avoid the 2 to 2.5 hours ride from/to Punta Cana.

Additional All-Inclusive Resort Options

If you are looking to stay at an all-inclusive resort before or after the wedding, here's a link to the top ones in Punta Cana. Prices could range from $400 to $800 per night per room. Top all-inclusive resort in the list is Hyatt Ziva which is right next to Hyatt Zilara (where the bride and groom will stay after the wedding). The difference between Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara is that Ziva is family friendly while Zilara is adults-only.
