Tipping is highly encouraged in Mexico. You can tip in either dollars or pesos.

Do not worry! The hotel has a store that is stocked with many options. Nizuc also provides every room with your own personal bug spray.

Please let us know! We have been conscientious about providing a variety of choices that will satisfy all, but please make us aware of anything specific.

Is the resort walkable?

Yes! That said, if you do not want to walk, the hotel provides frequent golf carts to take you directly to your room, gym, spa, pools, restaurants, etc.
