The ceremony should start at 3:30pm! Please try to arrive no later than 3:15pm and no earlier than 2:30pm. If you arrive and the ceremony has already begun, please wait in the back or in your car until the ceremony has finished. Can't wait to see you there!
We adore your little ones, but to keep things intimate, only the children listed on the invitation are included. If their names aren’t on there, we hope you can take this as a chance to enjoy a fun, kid-free evening with us!

For our amazing family and friends traveling from out of state, first of all, THANK YOU for making the trip to celebrate with us! We love you so much. As for where to stay, it really depends on your plans. The Welcome Drinks Event on Saturday will be in Peoria and is totally optional, so don’t worry about choosing a spot halfway between Peoria and Queen Creek. We recommend booking a hotel or Airbnb in Queen Creek, Mesa, or Gilbert so you’re close to the wedding and won’t have a long drive afterward. If you plan to spend extra time with our family while you’re here, reach out to them directly to see what’s happening in the days before and after the wedding!
Our bridal party will be in black, but we’d love for our guests to bring some color to the celebration! Please wear semi-formal outfits with any colors you love—whether it's a colorful dress or suit, or a subtle touch of color in your accessories. We can’t wait to see you all looking your best and adding a beautiful splash of color to our day!
Both the ceremony AND reception will be outdoors. The space is beautiful and has a lot of tree coverage, so we expect it to be quite nice outside at that time of year. On October 26th in Queen Creek, AZ, the average high temperature is typically around 88°F and the average low is around 50°F.
Yes! We’re lucky to have an abundance of free parking available right outside the venue. Just a heads-up—it’s in a grass field, so if you need easier access, feel free to be dropped off right at the entrance for your convenience.
Schnepf Farms will be serving us tacos for dinner using ingredients straight from their farm—so you know it'll be good!
We’re kicking things off with a drink on us! Every guest will receive a ticket for their first round. After that, the bar will be open for cash, check, and credit/debit card purchases. Kindly note that our venue does not permit outside alcohol, so just bring your best dance moves!
