Once you arrive, we recommend renting a car or using rideshare services for flexibility throughout the weekend. For guests who prefer a more scenic and relaxed journey, Charlotte is easily accessible via Amtrak from both the Northeast and South Florida. From the New York / New Jersey metro area, direct routes like the Carolinian and Crescent trains run daily to Charlotte, with travel times averaging 12–15 hours. These are comfortable, overnight-style journeys with spacious seating, WiFi, and dining options, making it a convenient alternative to flying. From South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach), Amtrak routes such as the Silver Meteor connect through the East Coast corridor to the Carolinas. Travel time is approximately 24–30 hours, typically requiring a connection along the route. While longer, many travelers enjoy this as a leisurely, scenic trip along the East Coast. Charlotte’s Amtrak station is located just outside Uptown, about 30–40 minutes from our venue, making arrival and onward travel simple.

For those who prefer to stay closer to the venue, we suggest exploring options on the west side or near Lake Norman. These areas offer a more relaxed, scenic atmosphere, with ton's of outdoor activities that make it perfect for unwinding and enjoying the natural beauty of the region while staying within a short drive of The Crowe Mansion. If you’re looking for a more vibrant, city experience, Uptown Charlotte is the ideal choice. With a collection of luxury hotels, rooftop bars, and award-winning restaurants, it offers the energy and convenience of a true metropolitan weekend getaway, all within about 30 minutes of the venue. No matter where you stay, everything is easily accessible, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.
