FAQs

Question

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30pm; so, you can comfortably park, find your seat, & settle in! The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm sharp. If you are late, please note you will not be granted access to seating until AFTER the bride is at the altar to minimize distractions from her entrance.

Question

Where Should I Park?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue. Please note that the parking lot is right next to where the outdoor ceremony will be held. With that said please do your best to be on time as to not distract from the ceremony with vehicles coming and going or loud music from car stereos.

Question

Am I Allowed To Bring A Plus One?

Answer

If your guest's name is listed on your invite and they were included in your RSVP, then YES! Due to capacity & wanting to make this the best night for everyone; we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I Bring My Children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is an adult - only wedding. We encourage you to use this night as a date night or a little get away from your little ones. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will The Wedding Be Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony (approx. 30-45mins) will be held outside on the water, it may be slightly chilly depending on our crazy Maryland weather. Ladies may want to consider a shawl or wrap just in case! The reception will be held indoors with lots of standing area outside as well!

Question

Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony?

Answer

This ceremony will be "unplugged". We will have a hired photographer there to capture all the special moments at the ceremony, we kindly ask that you refrain for taking any photos on your phones while we exchange our "I Do's". Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many as you want! We also ask that you refrain from taking photos while we're taking professional photos with the direction of the photographer. We can only look at one camera at a time and flashes can mess up our hired photographer's work!

Question

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

We ask that our guests come in cocktail/semi-formal attire for our big day! Ladies - appropriate length cocktail dresses or gowns are fine. Men - Suits are preferred. Please refrain from wearing jeans, athletic sneakers, boots, or casual wear of any kind.
