Hotel Options: - Avani Alonso Martinez Madrid Hotel. -This is where we will be staying- - Sardinero Madrid. - We are excited to offer our guests a discounted rate at Sardinero Madrid Hotel!! They have set aside 10 rooms at an amazing price that includes breakfast, and the hotel is within walking distance from where we will be staying. The hotel is very nice, and we highly recommend booking in advance, as availability is limited. If you would like to take advantage of this exclusive Goas Wedding Rate, don't wait!! Book your room ASAP to ensure you get the discount. For Reservations at this hotel email to madrid-reservas@sardinerohoteles.com - Ibis Styles Centro Maravillas Hotel. The hotels offer better rates when booked in advance, so we encourage you to secure your accommodations early. Wedding Day Transportation

Answer

To make sure everyone arrives comfortably and on time, we've arranged transportation to and from the wedding venue. Here are the details: Pick-Up: Shuttle will pick up guests from the Sardinero Madrid Hotel at 4:15pm. Even if you're not staying at this hotel, you're welcome to meet with everyone else in the lobby at the designated time to catch the shuttle. Please be ready in the hotel lobby a few minutes early to ensure a seamless and On-Time boarding process. Drop-Off: After the reception, shuttle will be available to take guests back to the Sardinero Madrid Hotel. The shuttle will depart from the wedding venue at 1:15am. If you are staying at a different Hotel or prefer to arrange your own transportation, parking is available at the venue. We recommend using local taxi services or ride-sharing apps like Uber or Cabify. We want everyone to enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics, so please feel free to use the provided transportation.

Wedding Dress Code Details

We want everyone to look and feel their best on our special day. To create a cohesive and elegant atmosphere, we kindly ask our guests to dress in light colors- No Black! For the gentlemen: Please wear a suit, with or without a tie-your choice. To keep things comfortable, tennis shoes are completely acceptable. For the ladies: We would love to see you in a long or midi dress, paired with high or medium heels. We've arranged a shoe change for all the ladies at the reception, so you can dance the night away in comfort. No worries, we've got you covered.

Dear Friends and Family: As much as we cherish the children in our lives, due to the nature of our event and the uniqueness of the destination, we are only able to accommodate a few family members' children. We truly regret that we cannot invite more, and we hope that you understand that this decision allows everyone to fully enjoy the celebration. Our wedding will be an evening with an open bar and lively music, so we look forward to celebrating with you all in a fun and festive atmosphere.
