"After all this time?" "Always"

So, many of you are probably wondering how we got to where we are. Well, here is our story. In 2013, we met on the bus on our way to middle school. Jacob was in 8th grade, I was in 6th. I had nowhere to sit on the bus because all the seats were full. All except 1. Jacob sat at the front of the bus right behind the bus driver. He opened up his seat to me and that was our first ever interaction. Later on we ended up parting ways as Jacob went off to high school. When I got into high school we met back up again, became friends and hung out almost every day. That was until he stopped coming to school and moved away. 4 years later, just before my high school graduation, covid hit. We were told that we couldn't leave our houses until this all died down. But of course we knew it wouldn't just die down. At the beginning of April of 2020, I was just scrolling through old Facebook messages and saw that I hadn't heard from Jacob in a while. So I messaged him and we started talking again. Little did I know that the first message would lead up to many many more. On April 4th,2020, he asked me to be his. And a year later he proposed.
