2:30 pm
For guests staying at the hotel, there will a shuttle arriving at 2:30pm to transport you to the venue. It leaves at 2:40pm to allow time for you to settle in and find a seat before the ceremony.
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Suits and gowns are welcome, and so are jackets with slacks and cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. Ladies, be mindful of footwear as the ceremony is a short walk from the entrance & down a set of stairs.
4:00 pm - 5:15 pm
There will be a few light snacks in addition to beer and cocktails.
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Reception will include a buffet style dinner and cookie table. Then.....we'll see you on the dance floor 😎
