What are we including in the price per person?
Answer
Your payment of $600 includes: 1. Three foods a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Ranch. 2. Non-alcoholic drinks included (juices, coffee, tea, soft drinks, water) 3. Alcoholic drinks during evening events at the Ranch. 4. Accommodation in your assigned villa. 5. Transportation from the airport of arrival to your villa 6. Transportation back to the departure airport Sunday, June 20, 2027. 7. WiFi inside Rancho Las Guazaras.
Question
What if I want to search for my own lodging?
Answer
You don't need to stay in the villa to attend the wedding. Guests who choose not to stay at the villas are welcome to attend the ceremony and reception on Saturday. Please let us know in advance so we can include you in the final guest count. *We will not coordinate your transportation from the airport or to the Ranch on the days of the events if you stay outside the villa. Please check the travel tab to see recommended drivers and transportation companies.

If I just want to attend the wedding, how much would it be?
Answer
We are not going to charge anything if you are only going to attend the wedding day. Please let us know if you can only attend the wedding and reception.

Where can I send my payments?
Answer
- Non-Refundable Deposit: $200 per person – June 1, 2026 - Second payment: $200 – August 1, 2026 - Final payment: $200 – October 1, 2026 Payments can be sent via Zelle to Ana Huertas at 732-423-0195. Those payments would be provided directly to Rancho Las Guazaras for all events, food, stay, etc.

What should I bring for my stay?

1. Swimsuits for pool or river 2. Comfortable walking shoes, (tennis, or comfortable shoes) 3. Semi-formal dress for the welcome party. 4. Fresh and casual clothing for daily use. 5. Sweater because it gets cool at night, and in the event room. 6. Mosquito repellent if required 7. Sunscreen, sunglasses, or sun cap/hat. 8. Towel

What happens if I made my payments, but I have to cancel?
Answer
The initial deposit of $200 is non-refundable. If you cancel before September 1, 2026 the payments you have made will be refunded, minus the $200 per person that is not refundable. After March 1, 2027, if you cancel, no payment can be refunded, because by that date, everything will already be finalized with the Ranch for events, meals per person, and lodging space at the Ranch.

When Should I Arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving on Thursday, June 17, 2027. Transportation will be arranged for guests staying at the villas who arrive on the recommended flights listed in the "travel" tab. These flights were selected so that everyone can travel together and be included in the group transportation to Rancho Las Guázaras in Jarabacoa. If you arrive on a significantly different flight, transportation may need to be arranged separately. Please refer to the "travel" tab to look for recommended drivers and transportation companies. The wedding ceremony will take place on Saturday, June 19, 2027, but we have planned a full weekend celebration and would love for everyone to join us starting Thursday.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, the villa holds very limited space. If there is an open spot closer to the wedding date, we can let you know if you are able to bring your plus one. We hope you understand.
Question
Is there parking at the venue/villa?
Answer
Yes, parking will be provided for all guests. When you arrive, clear signs will direct you to the designated areas, and attendants will be available to help and guide you. The villa is secured, so you will have to go through security.
