What is the dress code?

Answer

To honor the clubhouse rules and maintain the elegance of our celebration, we kindly ask all guests to dress in clubhouse attire. For gentlemen, please wear a collared shirt with pants and closed-toe shoes. For ladies, dresses, rompers or jumpsuits, or dressy pants paired with a blouse, along with heels, nice sandals, or shoes are perfect choices. Please note that shorts, slippers, midriff-bearing styles, excessive skin exposure, or overly casual attire is not permitted per clubhouse policy. Guests who do not meet these requirements may be asked to leave by clubhouse staff.

Are kids allowed to join?

We love all kids dearly; however, we have chosen to celebrate our wedding as an ADULTS-ONLY event. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only the guest named on the invitation attend.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

There will be no open bar. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase (CASH ONLY). We will happily provide water, coffee, an assortment of hot teas, and iced tea for all guests.

Can I bring my own beverages or a cooler?

Answer

Per clubhouse rules, no outside food, beverages, coolers, or cooler bags will be allowed.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking is allowed outside the main entrance in the designated smoking area. Smoking is not allowed on the lanai outside by the pool, or inside the ballroom. If caught smoking in undesignated area clubhouse staff may escort you off property.

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be designated parking stalls for guests. Please do not park in club member designated stalls. At the main entrance there is a drop off roundabout. Main entrance is wheelchair accessible. If you have any further question, please ask parking attendant at gate entrance.

Can I come early and wait in the parking lot?

Answer

Per clubhouse rules, loitering in the parking lot, tailgating, or consuming alcohol outside of the reception is not permitted. Violators of the parking rules may be asked to leave by clubhouse staff.

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that all guests RSVP by June 18, 2026. Unfortunately, guests who do not RSVP by the deadline MAY NOT be able to attend. If you RSVP yes, but can no longer attend please inform 'Ana or Braeden as soon as possible.
