Flight
Kindly note you will need to plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN) or TULUM, the new airport. Using Google Travel / Flights is a great way to compare pricing across multiple airlines and find the best options for your trip. When you’re ready to book, we recommend doing so directly through the airline’s official website for the most secure and reliable purchase.
Shuttle
April 16, 2026 3:30 pm - 1:00 am
Many resorts offer airport pick-up and drop-off — please check with your hotel. If you’re not staying at one of these resorts, we’re happy to help coordinate a shared shuttle or private transportation from the airport. We’ll provide wedding day transportation to and from the venue for guests staying within 15 minutes of the venue, in Puerto Aventuras area (all of the recommended locations are within this area). Otherwise, you will need to arrange for transportation to the venue, which we are happy to help coordinate. NOTE: Wedding day shuttle schedule and other event details will be shared closer to the wedding date and can be found on the Schedule tab.
Hotel
We’ll be staying at Dreams Aventuras, if you decide to stay there too, we’d love to meet up!
Hotel
This is the closest hotel to the venue, making it a very convenient option.
Hotel
These Airbnb options are located in Puerto Aventuras, the town closest to our wedding venue. It’s a great area with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the venue.
Rental Car
If you’d like to rent a car during your stay, we recommend booking with trusted companies like Alamo, Avis, Hertz, or Enterprise. You can also rent directly at the airport upon arrival, but since April is high season, it’s best to book early. The wedding venue has parking available for guests, making it easy to drive yourself around the Riviera Maya.
Travel Note
If you are traveling internationally, please don’t forget to check that your passport is valid. We’ve heard stories of guests unable to travel at the last minute because their passport wasn’t up to date — and we definitely don’t want that to happen! For travel to Mexico, your passport must be valid for the entire duration of your stay. Some airlines may require a passport to be valid for at least 6 months, so it’s safest to have it valid until at least October 2026. Here’s a checklist to help you prepare for your trip: -Passport Valid -Flight tickets / boarding passes -Hotel confirmation / reservation details -Comfortable clothing and shoes -Swimwear / beach attire / sunscreen -Any medications or personal essentials -RSVP confirmation / wedding info 💵 Currency tip: Don’t worry about exchanging money in advance, Cancun widely accepts U.S. dollars and credit cards in most places. However, having some Mexican pesos on hand is recommended for taxis, tips, and small purchases And most importantly: your best attitude to vacation and celebrate with us! 🎉
