Question

I RSVP’d but cannot longer attend the wedding, what should I do?

Answer

If your plans change and you find that you are no longer able to attend, even if it’s past the RSVP deadline, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make adjustments.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive at the church 30 minutes before the religious ceremony starts. For the reception, guests can start arriving 15 minutes before the time included in the invitation.

Question

Is there transportation being provided between the church, reception and hotels?

Answer

Complimentary transportation will be available for out-of-town guests staying at either of the hotels reserved for our guests. There will be transportation from the hotel to the church and the venue. Schedules will be posted as we begin to receive confirmations.

What should/could I do between the ceremony and reception?

More detailed information will be provided as we get closer to the date of the event.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Please refrain from taking photos or videos during the religious ceremony. We encourage you to capture and share moments from the reception!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The religious ceremony will be at a different location, indoors. The reception will be at a walled and roofed outdoor venue. There will be heaters available.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress in formal attire for our event. Ladies are invited to wear floor-length gowns or cocktail dresses. Gentlemen are requested to wear suits or dress pants with a blazer. We highly encourage all our guests to wear black.

I am coming out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

We have secured a room block at the Courtyard by Marriott in the Zona Dorada in Mexicali at a discounted rate. We are currently working on getting a second option to accommodate our guests. Please book your rooms by November 1st, 2025. For more details, check out the “Accommodations” section.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please note that only the person(s) named on your invitation are included. We regret that we cannot accommodate additional guests.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate children at our event. We hope you enjoy this opportunity for a child-free evening!
