Modena city tour - Self guided

For our guests traveling to Italy
Due to too much interest, the Modena city tour will be self-guided :) We would require an authorization from the municipality to do such a tour with so many people, so we unfortunately need to drop the plan. Enjoy the walk through Modena and we'll see you later at the Welcome Aperitivo!
Warm Up Aperitivo - at Bobotti, Modena

We made a reservation at Bobotti in Modena for an aperitivo, and we look forward to welcoming everyone. The first round of wine and finger food is on us! Wear something nice, not too fancy. P.S. This is an aperitivo, finishing by 9pm - please feel free to make your own dinner plans later.

Bus pick up from Modena (Tiby hotel) to wedding location

We facilitate transportation from Modena to the wedding location. There will be 2 X 30 people buses departing from Tiby Hotel to the wedding location, and back at Tiby Hotel. Departure time: 14:30 - please arrive 15 minutes earlier at the parking in front of Tiby Hotel. The bus leaves on time. Return: the bus departs from the wedding location at 2:15am, and brings everyone back to the same spot. ~35min ride

Time for our guests to arrive, enjoy a welcome drink and get acquainted to the venue. We encourage you to explore and enjoy the views! We hope you will like the location as much as we do :) Dress to impress - use this day to wear your elegant, gala outfits! For the girls: if you want to wear stilettos, consider bringing another pair of shoes with you for some of the moments, like the outdoor ceremony.

We'll start with a symbolic ceremony celebrating our love, followed by a standing aperitivo, seated dinner, ending with prosecco, cake and desserts, all accompanied by music and lovely views! Ceremony: 3:30-4:00pm Aperitivo: 4:00 - 7:00pm Dinner: 7:00 - 10:00pm Cake & Start party: 10:00pm End part: 02:00am music stops Outdoor ceremony & aperitivo (if we are lucky with good weather), indoor dinner & dance party. If the weather is really unfriendly, we do everything inside.
