3:30 pm - 3:50 pm
The ceremony will be outside, but we will be providing blankets if you get cold. The hotel will provide transportation to the ceremony location by wagon, as it is 1/4 mile uphill. You will have to gather at the flag pole at 3:30 pm, around the left side of the hotel, where the wagon will be waiting. If you miss this ride you will have to walk to the ceremony site and will probably be late. If you intend to arrive to the hotel on Saturday, just remember, check in is at 4 pm. Please arrive Saturday dressed and ready to go straight to the ceremony. You will be able to check in after the ceremony. Additionally, please note that driving from Denver to Winter Park can take anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on weather and traffic. The trip also includes steep grades and sharp turns, please drive safe and enjoy the views.
