Rental Cars vs Uber/Lyft

After doing a little research an Uber from San Francisco to Yountville is $100+ with the return Uber trip back to Napa being about the same price. The price from Sacramento to Yountville is roughly $70 one way. It seems as though a rental car is the best value from either airport.
