Louis' Lunch
Opened in 1895, Louis' Lunch is recognized by the Library of Congress as the Birthplace of the "Hamburger Sandwich." Although this is probably not true, New Haven still claims to have invented the hamburger. Don't let history get in the way of you enjoying a great burger.
