We first met at Journey’s Shoe Store as high school seniors. He’ll claim he was smooth and finessed my number, but let’s get one thing straight. He have been smooth, but I was slicker. From that day forward, we effortlessly built a foundation on friendship, laughs, and all of the things we have in common. In that moment, we both realized that love was something we didn’t have to work for, it was already there waiting for us.
