You will be rewarded with amazing views if you make it to the top of Pinnacle Mountain! You do need to be in reasonably good shape for that, but they do offer a great visitor center and easier trails for folks like us. :-) Note: There is no camping at this state park.
Best local fast food. The burgers taste like they just came off a backyard grill. Save room for homemade desserts!

A relaxing place to stroll, shop, and have some of the best local food in Little Rock is in the Heights neighborhood. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare, though. I would suggest parking at Kroger located at 1900 N. Polk Street. From there just walk north toward the back of Kroger and you will find yourself on Kavanaugh Blvd., the food and retail portion of the neighborhood.
If you're a "Gone with the Wind" fan, you might enjoy seeing the mill that was featured in the opening sequence of the film. It's a beautiful spot for taking pictures.
