NYC is easily accessible by three airports- JFK, LGA, and Newark. However, LGA is the closest to the hotels and wedding venue.
Train
The Greenpoint Avenue stop on the G train (NYC Subway) is the closest train to the venue. The B62 Bus route is also a great option! It runs from Long Island City down through Brooklyn.
