Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

No! The hotels are a quick ~15 minute Uber/Lyft ride from the airport, and the venue is a quick ~15 minute ride up the canyon (Uber/Lyft recommended). A shuttle will be provided back to the hotels at the end of the night!

Answer

A shuttle will be provided from the venue to the hotels at the end of the night. We recommend using Uber/Lyft to arrive at the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you choose to drive yourself, complimentary valet parking is available at the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at the Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Cottonwood, Hampton Inn Salt Lake City/Cottonwood, and Residence Inn Salt Lake City/Cottonwood - see the "Travel" tab for details! These hotels are conveniently located close to the venue, SLC airport, downtown Salt Lake City, and local hiking trails.

Are there any other events that I should know about?

Answer

For folks arriving on Thursday, we're hosting a welcome reception at Market Street Grill from 5:30-7:30pm - we'd love to see you there! For those leaving town later on Saturday, the Pearsons will be hosting a causal "open house" brunch from 10:00am-2:00pm - feel free to stop by! Details can be found in the "Schedule" tab of the website.
