Yes. We are following all CT State Mandated Guidelines for Events, which means guests are required to wear masks when they are not seated at their tables, or taking pictures. Since the facility is so large, we are fully utilizing that space by placing guest tables, not just the State Mandated 6-Feet, but a full 8 to 10-Feet apart from one another. All Staff will be wearing Masks, Gloves, and will be subject to Temperature Checks, prior to entering the building, as well as half way through their shifts. There will be Bathroom Attendants sanitizing all bathrooms every 30 minutes during your Event. There are many accessible sanitizing stations, placed strategically through-out the Lobbies, Ballrooms and Bathrooms. All Events will receive personal Table Service for drinks, to avoid having to approach the bar, or stand in a line. We have upgraded to a Merve 13 Rated Air Filtration System, to make sure guests are breathing the cleanest air possible, while in our building!
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
Since it is early May in New England, prepare for anything. It may be a little chilly or rainy. Please bring a coat and possibly an umbrella. The ceremony will take place outside if the weather permits; otherwise, the ceremony will take place inside the venue.
Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at "The Woodwinds Banquet Hall" in Branford CT. The address is 29 Schoolground Road, Branford CT 06405. The ceremony will be taking place outside if the weather permits and the reception will be taking place inside the venue.
Parking is free. There are 2 lots available to guests at the venue.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests are welcomed to drinks and hors d'oeuvres / appetizers inside the venue.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled. The ceremony begins at 3:00 PM.
