We have decided to keep our day small and filled with the most important people in our lives. As a result, there will be no plus ones, dates, or additional guests unless specified on your RSVP.
We love your little ones! However, we respectfully request an adult-only wedding. We hope you take this opportunity to immerse yourselves in this joyous occasion (and enjoy the open bar).
There is complimentary valet parking at the Bristol Harbor Inn should you choose to drive.
Please arrive at the Bristol Harbor Inn by 4:15pm. The ceremony will take place in the tent beginning at promptly at 4:30.
The Bristol Harbor Inn is located on the water in beautiful Bristol, RI. The Waterfront Pavilion where the ceremony and reception will take place will have heat. The cocktail hour is located in the DeWolf Tavern right next door. Given that this is an October wedding, please dress accordingly.
Yes! A ramp leads up to the BHI Waterfront Pavilion and an elevator leads to the DeWolf Tavern. Bathrooms will be located in the DeWolf Tavern and/or in the lobby of the Bristol Harbor Inn.
Our hotel block at the Bristol Harbor Inn is reserved for close friends and family. Please reach out directly to Amy and Tomo if you have any questions.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, there will be a card box at the reception.
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. It is very important to us that our guests remain present without the distractions of cell phones during our day.
