Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We'll be sending formal invitations this summer, and we'll also open up the online RSVP on this site then. (You'll have the choice of RSVP'ing by mail or online).

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Normal wedding attire, nothing special required! Our wedding party/colors involve red, so keep that in mind if you don't want to match (or...if you do!)

Are kids welcome?

We love all of your children, but besides a few close family teenagers, we're keeping things kid-free. (Please reach out to us with any questions!)

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We can't wait to celebrate with our closest friends & family, but the venue does have a limit. Most plus-ones will be noted on the invites, but if something seems awry when you RSVP, please reach out!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will be at 4:30pm, and there will be venue staff there to welcome you starting about 30 minutes before.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Please see our travel section! We have room blocks at a few nearby hotels (and should be able to add rooms, if necessary.) If you're looking to airbnb, etc and need any location recommendations, please reach out to us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The Palace has parking options nearby. Directly behind the theater is the Scovill Street Garage (33 Scovill Street) -- This lot is free on the weekends. For a map, visit here (and ignore the fee comment - not applicable for our event.!) https://www.palacetheaterct.org/your-visit/directions-and-parking. There is also a pay lot directly across the street from the theater. For either option, please know that there is also a handicap drop-off zone in front of the theater, if needed.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

For both cocktail hour and our buffet-style dinner, we will have vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. If you have any other needs, please reach out to us. (The helpful catering staff should also be able to guide you with any questions on the day.)
