This home has a strict policy when it comes to outside visitors, there is a fee of $200 per person per day for anyone not staying at the property. - A copy of the passport of all the guests staying at the house is required before arrival. These will be the registered guests. - The number of guests listed on the reservation must be the number of guests staying at the house - Please no guests that are not registered and/or pre-approved by Stay In Tamarindo are allowed at any time. Pre-authorization needs to be requested at least 24 hours - No unauthorized events - No loud noise or music after 10pm - No Smoking -Theft Prevention: As in many places around the world, petty theft and burglary can be common, it is almost always an act of opportunity. We are asking you to help us in avoiding the circumstances that would result in any loss to you. For instance, we provide safes, please use them where they are available, make sure to lock the door at night when you go to sleep. Cellphones, laptops, and cash are the most common targets. We would also like to ask you to not bring anything of tremendous value on your vacation. Please consider checking with your homeowner's insurance, or renter’s insurance, or if necessary, get a personal policy before traveling to Costa Rica, so anything that you bring that could become stolen would be covered, as we cannot provide any insurance for you. - No late check out or early check in unless authorized by the host. Please check in at or after the listed check in time and on or before the listed check out time. - Return all house towels to the home before check out - Power outages, can happen. The home are not responsible for any loss of amenities or any other repercussions due to power outages. - Costa Rica is a tropical country. The tropics can also bring small critters into the house. We suggest not leaving food out. There is a minimum $1000 fine if any of the above rules are broken. This will be charged to any guest.
