Flight
We recommend that international guests fly into Copenhagen Airport (CPH), which is only 20 minutes from the city centre. From there, taxis, busses and the metro provide quick access to hotels. Definitely check out the metro as Copenhagen's public transport is efficient and easy to navigate!
Travel Note
Copenhagen is small, so the metro and walking are the best and easiest ways to get around. City Mapper works well here for directions. Uber and Bolt also operate here in Denmark. Taxis are expensive here, so we recommend avoiding these. If you are keen to cycle while you are here, then Donkey Bike and Lime Bike are easy-to-use bike apps.
Travel Note
All parts of the wedding will be taking place in Christianshavn, Nyhavn and the city centre, so we have listed a few hotels based on location convenience. There are a lot of lovely apartments and Air BnB's also available in and around the city centre and Indre By. If you have visited before and fancy staying a short walk or cycle away in a cool neighbourhood, then we recommend Frederiksberg, Nørrebro or Vesterbro.
