Yes, there will be a Eucharist for this sacred occasion. Father Galuszka will explain it beforehand; all baptised Christians are welcome to take it and anyone can come up and be blessed without bread and wine. The bride and groom will take it first, then the congregation will stand and move to the aisle, coming up to the altar rail in two lines. At the rail you kneel with hands cupped to receive the body (bread) or cross your arms over your chest to receive a blessing. The cup of wine will come around next and is optional. Then rise and exist to the right back to your seat. Whew! That sounds like a lot! We're aware it's not the common tradition for most of our guests and if you'd like to keep your seat we completely understand!
