Sarah is Amy's stepsister and even though they weren't sisters by birth, Amy believes fate brought them together to be the sisters they each needed. Sarah has been in Amy's life since age 7. Amy looked forward to every other weekend when Sarah was with them. Over the years Amy's relationship with Sarah has continued to grow from friends and boyfriends to college and "adulting". Sarah lives in Toronto, Canada with her boyfriend who is also named Mike (Mike # 1) and their cat Obi.

Amy met Kaileen at her first "real" job, working as a Special Education teacher for Bakery Victory. Kaileen and Amy worked together at an inclusive head start program. Kaileen was amazing with the students and was the absolute best person to work with. Amy knew that Kaileen always had her back. Their friendship quickly grew from being work friends to forever friends. Despite moving to Virginia, Amy and Kaileen have remained close and visit each other when they can. Kaileen lives in Amherst, New York with her hubbie Ryan and their two goldendoodles (Cooper's cousins) Yogi and Abbie.

Amy met Katie her Freshman year at Kenmore East. The two girls had math class together with Mr. Corcoran. Amy didn't know many people coming from St. Amelia's and was relieved and excited to get to know Katie. The two became fast friends and have remained close ever since. Amy and Katie enjoyed countless school dances, mall trips, sleepovers, and parties. College came and went and the two decided to leave the TOT and move in together in a super cute apartment in North Buffalo. Throughout life's challenges, heartaches and accomplishments, Katie has always been there for Amy. Katie lives in Orlando, Florida with her husband Chris and their kitty Cocoa. Amy visits the "Florida Crew" every chance she gets!!

Amy first met Alex in French class with Madame Zynda, Freshman year. She later discovered that Alex was only one locker away from her (Franz/Fox). The girls began meeting at their lockers in the morning, where Amy would admire Alex's amazing wardrobe. The girls enjoyed sleepovers in Alex's basement, mall trips, dances, and countless rides in Momma Fox's minivan. Following high school, Amy and Alex worked together during the summer as playground supervisors for the TOT. The girls drove a massive van around the town from playground to playground, spending half their pay checks on Tim Hortons. Through the good and the bad and countless moves in between, Amy and Alex have remained good friends. Alex lives in Kenmore, New York with her husband Shawn and their two sons Hudson and Grayson.

Amy and Katie became close during their junior year at Kenmore East. The girls had math class together with Mrs. Wrazen, where they bonded over their mutual hatred for math. During college, Amy looked forward to breaks, when she would spend a great deal of time at Katie's apartments near Canisius College. Katie also helped Amy get a second summer job as a buser at the Saturn Club. Amy and Katie loved working together and frequently continued their nights after work by eating chicken fingers and enjoying a few beverages. Amy always knew that any night out with Katie was sure to be a good time. But aside from that, Amy knew that if she ever needed anything that Katie would be there, as she is one of the most giving and loving friends a girl could ask for. Katie lives in Tampa, Fl.

Kate is Amy's oldest friend. So much so, that she can't even remember when they first met because they were so young. Amy and Kate went to St. Amelias together from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Like most young girls in the late 90s, Amy and Kate enjoyed frequent mall trips, play dates (in Kate's basement), and AOL instant messenger. Even thought they didn't go to the same high school or college or live in the same state (for many years now), the two have remained close since the very beginning. Kate has always been there for Amy, through it all. Kate is one of the most loyal and caring friends and Amy is extremely thankful for their 20 plus years of friendship. Kate lives in Grand Island, New York with her husband Chris and their adorable little girl Sadie.

Meghan is the wife of Mike's older brother Nick. The girls first bonded on their first trip home with the boys to Binghamton, NY. Amy felt like she had know Meghan for years and the two became instant friends. The next couple years consisted of nights hanging out at Adams Mill, countless nights out in D.C., and experiencing the exciting steps in their relationships with Mike and Nick. Amy feels beyond lucky to have Meghan in her life as both a friend and a future sister-in law. She can't wait for all the memories they have yet to make together. Meghan lives in Falls Church, VA with her new Hubbie Nick!!!

Amy and Emily met their Freshman year at Hobart and William Smith. Amy was instantly drawn to Emily's sweet and fun personality. The girls remained close after college and fate happened to bring them back together when Amy moved to Northern Virginia for a teaching position. Amy and Emily lived together in 2013-2014 in Arlington, VA with Amy's puppy Cooper and Emily's kitty Louie. The four were quite the little family. Amy doesn't know what she would have done without Emily's love and and support over the past 6 years. The girls get together every chance they get. Amy is looking forward to what the future has to bring for them both. Emily lives in Arlington, VA with the only cat Amy has ever loved, Louie!!

Amy met Lauren while teaching at Lorton Station ES. The two worked together for 5 years until Amy pursued a position as a Literacy Specialist at another school. Amy admired Lauren's ability to connect with her students and the two quickly grew close. Amy will never forget the day she had to pick up Cooper from the animal hospital and Lauren offered to come with her for support. It was at that moment that Amy knew what an amazing friend she had in Lauren. Through all of life's ups and downs over the past 6 years, Lauren has been there for Amy. The girls enjoy spending countless hours at their complex's pool during the summer and discussing all topics education. They see each other whenever they can! Lauren lives in Springfield, VA with her fiancé Andrew and puppy Ginger.
