Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Please arrive at 3:00PM, you will not be able to enter the venue any earlier.

WHAT TIME DOES THE WEDDING END?

Answer

All good things must come to an end! Our wedding will end at 12am. Due to the location of the venue, we have pre-booked and paid for mini buses to collect guests and take them to their hotels. If you are staying in an area no one else is staying, you will need to arrange your own transport home.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invite on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with a question.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

Whilst we would love to invite little ones, we are afraid that due to a restriction on numbers we are unable to accommodate children outside of the wedding party. We hope that you understand and take the opportunity to have a well-deserved weekend off!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Please no jeans or denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside in the Ibiza heat so please be mindful of this. Refer to the colour palette on the dress code tab for inspiration.

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSPV BY?

Answer

Please RSPV by September 1st 2025 by clicking the RSPV tab in the menu above. If you do not RSPV by the given date we will assume that you are unable to attend. Events will have personalised seating arrangements and will include RSPV'd guests only.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSPV "not attending". If you cannot make it after you have RSPV'd, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes, for most of the day! On arrival: Iced cucumber & mint water is free, bar is open for guests to buy anything else they would like. Aperitif: Unlimited pomegranate scented cava. The Bar is open so that guests can also have a Beer, Wine, Water or soft drinks. Spirits are not included at this time but guests are welcome to purchase them. Dinner: Unlimited wine (white, red & rose) and jugs of iced water. During this time waiters also take orders for beers & soft drinks which are served to the table. Spirits are not included at this time but guests are welcome to purchase them. Coffee: If anyone would like a tea or coffee it is available from the bar after dinner for free. Evening Party: Unlimited Wine, Cava, Beer, Soft drinks, Water, Mixers & Spirits all available from the bar, cocktails & shots are not included but are available to purchase.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present with us during one of the most special moments of our lives, we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We have professional photographers and videographers who will capture those special moments and we would be upset for any well-intentioned guests' phone to block their views. We will, of course, share our photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!

CAN I SHARE PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

Of course, we welcome you to share our special day! However, we kindly request guests do not post any photos of the Bride and Groom on social media until they have had the opportunity to do so first.
