~20 mins from downtown Golden. Go to a concert or explore the venue and surrounding trails during the day time. I recommend putting in Red Rocks Trading Post for easy parking during the day.
For guests with a little more time to explore, Rocky Mountain National Park is only 1.5 hours from the Denver Marriott West. Important: You will need to reserve a time slot 2 weeks in advance, or more tickets are released the night before your visit at 7pm. Tickets will go fast, so be prepared to buy right when they are released.
