Question

Is there somewhere to stay?

Answer

There are cabins within walking distance available. There are a limited number of these cabins however and they are not exclusively for guests of the wedding venue. There are also options available via Air BnB and VRBO if you were looking to stay with other guests that are attending the wedding. There are also options for hotels in Nevada and Bolivar, MO.

Question

What kind of guestbook will you have?

Answer

As we celebrate our special day, we'd love to carry a piece of each of your families with us into our new life together, we were hoping to ask you to share a cherished recipe whether it's been passed down through the family or found on Pinterest. Index cards will be sent in each invitations and available at the wedding for you to copy your recipes onto. Hopefully we can build a cookbook full of recipes from our friends and family to help us start our life together and make a warm and busy kitchen!

Question

Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place inside. The bride and groom will exit from the ceremony and guests will be encouraged to enjoy the reception and celebration as the room transitions from ceremony to reception!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual and romantic blues are the vibes! Come ready to dress and party accordingly!

Question

Are kids welcome at the wedding and reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be alcohol available by self service at the reception so please be sure to watch children closely near the bar. There will be a space available upstairs for children and parents if a quieter and private space is needed during the reception. We can’t wait for your little ones to add to the joy of our big day!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar with beer and wine. No hard liquor will be at the open bar or allowed at the venue.
