FAQs

Question

C19 Concerns: How large is your event? Indoor or outdoor?

Answer

We are having a relatively intimate event, with just over 50 people invited. The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, with plenty of space on the beach. The reception will take place indoors, however the venue has large doors that open up to the deck, which will remain open so long as another event is not scheduled for the deck and weather permitting.

Question

C19 Concerns: Do you require testing or vaccinations for guests?

Answer

We strongly advocate for the vaccine and know that many of our guests have already been vaccinated, us included. Getting the vaccine is a personal choice to protect yourself, but we recognize that there are some who simply cannot get the vaccine for reasons beyond personal choice (medications, allergies, etc.) At this time, given the news about breakthrough cases, we may ask that all guests (including vaccinated) get tested within within a week of our wedding date as a preventative measure, but are not requiring it at this time.

Question

C19 Concerns: Will you require guests to wear masks?

Answer

Not at this time (7/30/2021). We will make updates to this as needed before the RSVP date. If you prefer to wear one, no one will ask you to remove it.

Question

C19 Concerns: What if I RSVP yes but get sick close to the wedding?

Answer

We ask that you do not attend if you are sick, or have been sick in the days leading up to the wedding. If you are sick that week, LET US KNOW so we can keep our guest count updated.

For all the days along the way
