How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

We will have shuttle service picking guests up from the Denver Marriott West and the Dino Lots. We will have shuttles taking guests back down the mountain at the end of our wedding celebration. More information to come on timing and details! There is a parking lot at the venue that holds 45 vehicles total. The roads leading to our venue are windy switchbacks without any streetlights, so we highly encourage anyone who is planning on consuming alcohol or who is not used to mountain driving to utilize the shuttles. Am I allowed to bring my children or a plus one?

Answer

Due to the capacity of our venue, we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have a block of rooms booked at the Denver Marriott West. There will be shuttles to and from this hotel to our wedding venue. Even if you are not staying at this hotel, you are more than welcome to utilize the shuttle service picking up from this hotel. You can certainly stay at another hotel, Airbnb, etc.! We would recommend staying in Golden, Evergreen, or Idaho Springs due to proximity to the venue.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions by August 1st as we are more than happy to accommodate what you need! Our caterer, Mountain Crust, specializes in woodfire pizzas, and can ensure they provide gluten free, dairy free, nut free, etc. options with prior notice.

What is the venue altitude?

Answer

Our wedding venue sits right below 9,000 feet in elevation. To prevent altitude sickness, we highly encourage our guests to drink plenty of water and eat regularly. We will have oxygen just in case anyone is having issues adjusting to the altitude.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please plan to wear semi-formal attire that's comfortable enough for dancing! Our ceremony will be outdoors and most of the walkway is paved. Our reception will be indoors with the option to explore outside of the venue weather pending. Mountain weather can be unpredictable so we would recommend bringing a light jacket.
