What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

At least fifteen minutes before commencement (3:15pm)

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors under a covered pavilion. Cocktail hour has an outdoor area though either inside or outside is welcomed. Reception is to be held indoors.
