What’s the customs situation like at the St Lucia airport?

You can expect it to take an hour to an hour and a half to get through customs. There is a fast pass option that you can pay for ahead of time that skips the long customs line. You MUST do this prior and is booked through the airport website: www.uvffasttrack.com

Are there other Sandals resorts or other non-Sandals resorts to stay at?
Answer
Yes. Sandals has two other resorts on the island. They are not within walking distance, but are connected by shuttle. There are many other non-Sandals resorts nearby, which you are welcome to stay at, however Sandals does require an 80/20 rule in order for us to have our wedding there. Meaning 80% of our guests must stay at a Sandals resort. If you are NOT planning on staying any of the nights at a Sandals resort please let us know as soon as possible so we can account for that in our guest list.

Do I need to bring money for tipping?
Answer
Sandals is a no-tipping resort so there is no tipping allowed for servers, bartenders, etc., however you can tip for transfers, excursions, and butlers if you book a butler room
