Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held on the Valencia Lawn. Please try to arrive 15-20 minutes early to ensure that the ceremony can begin on time. The cocktail hour will be held outside on the same lawn. Guests will then be escorted into the indoor Valencia Ballroom for the reception.

Where should guests park? Is there a cost to park on-site?

Answer

The Omni Hotel and Spa at Montelucia provides options for self-parking in an underground garage, as well as valet by the main lobby entrance. Below is a cost breakdown of each option: Daytime Self-Parking Up to 2 hours - Free 2-4 hours: $5.00 4-8 hours: $10.00 8 plus hours: $30.00 Overnight self-parking: $25.00 per night Daytime Valet: $10.00 flat fee Overnight valet parking: $30.00 per night We strongly encourage you to take an Uber or Lyft, or carpool with a designated driver if you plan on drinking alcohol at our event.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black-tie optional (formal attire). Examples of encouraged attire include: fancy cocktail dresses, midi or long dresses, elegant jumpsuits or pant-suits, a suit and tie, or nice slacks, a button up shirt and sports coat. You may even wear a gown or tux if you wish!

Our wedding is an adult-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time for your children.

We will only be able to accommodate those who are listed on your invitation and RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!
