What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

3:30pm. If you show up before that time, without a special request, you will be happily volunteering to help finish set up final details.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual. We want to have fun, but it's also our wedding & there will be pictures. The pavilion is concrete but there is a lot of grass around - wear appropriate footwear for where you'll be. The seating will be picnic tables, unless alternate seating is requested.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we would love to invite everyone, we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party at our reception. Please reach out to us if you feel you have a special request or need to bring them along. We would hate to miss out on celebrating with you because of a special circumstance.

Yes, Please let us know ASAP & we will try to be accommodating to your needs

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is handicap parking, so bring your tag. There is also plenty of parking in the grass area around the pavilion. You will be directed where to park by signs when turning into the reception area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Please see the accommodations tab with recommended stays in each direction from the reception. If further assistance is needed, please contact me. AirBNB & VRBO are limited in our area but are available.

How late are we able to stay?

Answer

There is no scheduled end time, so we get to keep on celebrating! If celebrating catches up with you, we don't mind. But...If you are intoxicated & over the legal limit to drive, DON'T! Please plan ahead & bring a tent or sleep in your vehicle & leave in the morning.
