When and where do I RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website by 07/01/2025. You are welcome to RSVP before this date!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited. If it includes a guest by name, then yes! If not, we prefer to just have you attend. We have to abide by Fire Marshall code restrictions on the space.

What if I can’t make and/or afford the trip?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. We will be having a local Florida reception 02/07/2026 we hope to see you at!

Should I bring a gift?

Gifts are not necessary - your presence is our gift.

Do I have to attend Family Day?

Answer

Family Day is not a requirement, however, we would love for you to join us in the park!

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We ask for cocktail attire please - while we are still having an intimate celebration we will be having family photos done.

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

The venue is a cabin with both indoor and outdoor areas. We recommend that ladies swap out the stilettos for strappy sandals or short block heels.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The temperatures typically range from the mid-50s to the low 70s during the day, with cooler evenings dipping into the 40s. The fall foliage is usually at its peak, offering a stunning backdrop of vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows. It's a great idea to have a light jacket or sweater handy for the cooler evenings.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are not providing transportation to and from the events, but the ceremony and dinner are in the same location and there is plenty of parking available. If you do not wish to drive, we suggest taking an Uber or Lyft.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan on arriving at 3:30 pm to give yourself time to get a drink and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:00.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night! We do ask that we be the first to post photos from our wedding.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After we say “I do,” we will take family photos. We will promptly take our seats for dinner at 5:45. Afterwards you can join us by the fire for some music, and family time. You're welcome to bring something more comfortable to change into after photos.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our ceremony we are only hosting a small dinner after. If you’d like to stay for drinks and to hang after please be sure to bring your own alcoholic beverages if you would like them. We will not be supplying alcohol other than a champagne toast with dinner.

Will the ceremony and dinner be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

They will be outdoors. The ceremony on the patio of the cabin, dinner will be under the covered pavilion out front.
