By when should I RSVP?

Answer

RSVP by Saturday June 14th You can use the website to RSVP, or reach out to Amy or John if you need assistance.

What time should I arrive for the reception?

Answer

The cocktail hour will begin at 4:30pm, we recommend you arrive by 5:30pm to be on time for dinner. There will not be a ceremony on Saturday, we are exchanging vows in a small, intimate, gathering prior to the reception. We look forward to sharing this day of celebration with all our loved ones who are able to join us from near & far

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hilton Homewood Suites Schenectady has our room block. Additional nearby hotels in Schenectady (Marriot & The Landing hotel) and Downtown Albany are also an option if wish to stay else where while remaining close to the airport or amtrak. Please reach out if you'd like other recommendations

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation, a bus, provide from the The Hilton Homewood Suites on the day of the reception, with one pick up and one drop off time. Transportation from other locations may be available based on accommodation location, and we will follow up with more information as soon as we can.

Is there parking for at the reception?

Answer

The Maples Estate has it's own parking onsite, all guests are welcome to drive to the venue, there is plenty of parking.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

In life? Yes, and we love your children. At our reception? Unfortunately not. This is a child-free wedding, with the exception of our nieces & nephews, children will not be accommodated.
