Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is smart casual. For men, this means dress pants or khakis with a collared shirt (button-down or polo). For women, sundresses, skirts, or dressy pants with a nice top are appropriate. Jackets and ties are not required but welcome.

What is for dinner?

Our catering is being provided by Rudy's smokehouse and will include beef brisket, bourbon chicken and rice, mac and cheese, green beans with bacon, scalloped potatoes, and salad with Italian or ranch dressing.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are setting up a hotel block off at Days Inn by Wyndham Dayton Airport. The address is 20 Rockridge Rd. Englewood, OH 45322. The dates for the block off will be Friday, October 3rd through Sunday October 5th. The cost will be around $70.00 dollars per night. Hotel does have free continental breakfast, free WiFi, and the hotel is pet friendly.
