COVID Questions?

Answer

Our main concern about COVID is the health and safety of all our wedding guests. We do not know what the Virginia restrictions will be by June 19th, but we will follow the state/county guidance. We would prefer all our guests to be vaccinated, but if you aren't able to get the vaccination, we highly encourage you to get a negative COVID test within 3 days of the wedding.

Are kids welcome?

We would love to include children at our wedding, but we are restricted on the number of guests attending. Only the invited guests are included in our total guest count.

Please RSVP on our website by May 22nd.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail attire please. You will be walking on grass, so be mindful of your choice of shoes!

Is there transportation between the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes, we will provide transportation between the Marriott and The Barn at Willow Brook before the ceremony and at the end of the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue if you would like to drive, but transportation will be provided.
