When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before July 1, 2025. Please RSVP right here on our wedding website!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive at Charter Oak by 4:15pm so we may begin the ceremony promptly at 4:30pm.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking for the entire event at Charter Oak. If a car needs to be left at Charter Oak overnight, that can be done as well. We kindly ask that any vehicles are picked up on Sunday, August 3.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside, followed by the cocktail hour and reception inside the beautiful ballroom. There will be access to outdoor patios with a beautiful view of the golf course and grounds of the Charter Oak.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have a strict guest list due to our venue capacity. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those on your wedding invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Do I need to give a definite answer about the after party?

Answer

No, you do not! But we do ask that if you anticipate, perhaps wanting to join, even just for a bite or two... please RSVP with "yes" so we can have the correct amount of food! We would rather OVER-estimate than under-estimate. Thank you :)
