COVID-19 Considerations

Given the reality of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken safety precautions seriously. We ask that all guests receive their COVID-10 vaccination prior to attending. If this isn't possible, we ask that you receive a COVID-19 negative test within 72 hours of the ceremony. This will be a small gathering (under 50 people), however, it is still a gathering. Please use your own judgement on whether or not attending this event is the best choice for you and your family. It it is not, we completely understand and plan to make video footage of the ceremony available afterwards. All guests will be asked to wear their mask while inside getting food or drinks. The ceremony and dancing will be taking place outdoors.

Where can I use the restroom during the ceremony?

If you head back toward the parking lot from the ceremony, you can walk right up into the beach house where there are two private restrooms at your disposal.

Where can I eat prior to the reception dinner?

Answer

Moonstone Grill is right above the venue. Otherwise, we recommend heading a bit further into Trinidad and trying the fares at Trinidad Bay Eatery, Lighthouse Grill, or the Beachcomber Cafe!

How do I get to the Ceremony Location on Moonstone Beach?

Answer

Going North-bound on U.S. 101, take the Westhaven Exit. At the Stop sign, take a left, and then another left at the end of that stretch. When you see the sign for Moonstone Grill, take a right down that drive. Keep going down past the parking lot for Moonstone Grill. The road will curve to the left. You will see Merryman's Beach House on the left. Park at the very end of the parking lot in Reserved Parking, and walk on out to the beach and pick your seat!
