Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving about 15–20 minutes before the ceremony start time. The ceremony will start at 4:00pm

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes — when you RSVP to the Reception, there’s a section where you can note any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please include all allergies there, and we’ll make sure to accommodate it.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the ceremony/reception in addition to the shuttle transportation that will pick up and drop off guests at the Double Tree and Sonesta Hotels

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes — we’ll be providing shuttle transportation from the hotel(s) to the venue and back. You can find the pickup times and details listed in the travel section.
