When should I RSVP by?

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. We recommend mid-length dresses, pant suits, or suits. Note: The ceremony will take place on grass, so think about footwear accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4 pm. We recommend you arrive by 3:45 pm to find a seat.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, your kids will be listed on your RVSP profile, so make sure to let us know if they are coming so we can make sure there is enough food and seats for them.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, just please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP response, and we will do what we can to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation for out of town guests from 3 of the hotels (listed on the travel page. Anyone utilizing the transportation should be in the lobby of their hotel by 2:30 pm to wait for the transportation.
