We mailed our invitations in June, but due to postal delays, some guests have not received them. If yours hasn’t arrived yet, please know we’re aware of the issue and have extended the RSVP deadline to July 31st, regardless of the date listed on the invite.

FAQs

Question

Parking Situation?

Answer

There is an off site auxiliary parking lot with a complimentary shuttle to and from the venue. The address of the parking lot is: 385 W Bridge Street New Hope, PA 18938 Please arrive early so you have plenty of time to park, shuttle to the ceremony site and get a good seat! (We recommend 30 minutes to an hour before the start of the ceremony)

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Due to our venue having an off site parking lot, please make sure you get to the parking site with enough time allotted for the shuttle to take you to the ceremony site. We recommend to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to give yourself enough time to park and get to the ceremony location and grab a seat!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us in our planning process, we kindly ask that you RSVP to the events as soon as possible. That being said, the deadline to RSVP by is July 31, 2025. After this date, if we haven’t gotten a response from you, we will sadly have to assume you will not be joining us and you will be marked down as “Unable to Attend”.

Question

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to our venue's limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Answer

We have made the decision to keep our wedding primarily child-free, with exceptions made only for a few children. If your child was invited, they would have been formally named on your invitation. We hope this gives you the chance to enjoy a well-deserved evening out. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors and our cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding has a formal dress code. Women are welcome to wear gowns, cocktail dresses or floor-length dresses. Men are to wear suits, with the option to wear a tuxedo.

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

Besides the well-known rule to avoid wearing white to a wedding, all other colors are welcome! Just a heads-up: the bridesmaids will be wearing various shades and patterns of green, ranging from sage to olive. We know some guests prefer not to match the bridal party, but feel free to wear green if you’d like!
