We're Getting Married!

We took meeting in the wild slightly too literally. Amy was in her first year teaching in New Bedford schools, and it was time for the 3rd grade field trip. Trying to organize her class getting off the busses, Hamza saw the overwhelmed teacher gathering her oversized bag and Gray Movers hat and decided to take on her group. After Amy pushed off a few of her students on willing co-workers and the two got to chatting. Hamza offered to teach Amy pickleball (and then proceeded to but the paddles of Amazon with next-day delivery) and the two have been inseparable since.

A part of how incredible our story is that we both come from vastly different backgrounds. We are excited to get to celebrate our love & cultures with you all, however part of your love for us should include unwavering support in all aspects, from personal to political. Please make sure that you consider this when coming to our celebration because this day is no place for anything else.
