Check Into Hotel

4:00 pm

Just tell the hotel your name and that you’re with the Wickenhauser/Henkels wedding block

Rehearsal Dinner

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Please arrive at 5:50pm. We will be seated all together at 6pm

Group Transportation to Wedding Ceremony Site

1:30 pm

We have reserved two vans to transport our guests from the Gatlinburg River Inn to Smokemont Church in the national park. Depending on traffic conditions, the vans may stop at Chimney Tops Overlook at Newfound Gap Overlook, this is at driver's discretion. After the ceremony, the vans will drop all guests off at the Heirloom Room for dinner.
